“凤丹”牡丹种皮多糖提取工艺的研究

Extraction of polysaccharide in Paeonia suffruticosa ‘Feng Dan'episperm

  • 摘要: 以水提法提取"凤丹"牡丹种皮多糖,以料液比、提取温度、提取时间、纤维素酶用量为考察因素,以多糖得率为评价指标,采用正交实验优选工艺。单因素实验结果表明,料液比、提取温度、提取时间、纤维素酶用量的最优水平分别为1∶20、90℃、2 h、3%;正交实验结果表明多糖提取的最优提取条件组合为料液比1∶30,提取温度90℃,提取时间1.5 h,1%纤维素酶用量时,牡丹种皮多糖得率达到最大,为17.62 mg/g。 

     

    Abstract: The effect of solid to liquid ratio,extraction temperature,extraction time,cellulose amount on the extraction yield of crude polysaccharides from the episperm of peony( Paeonia suffruticosa ‘Feng Dan') was assessed with an orthogonal test to confirm the optimal extractive parameters. The results of single factor test showed that the optimal process conditions with aqueous extraction were as follows: solid to liquid ratio of 1∶20,extraction temperature of 90 ℃,extraction time of 2h,cellulase concentration of 3% respectively. The orthogonal test results showed that the optimal process combination was solid to liquid ratio of 1∶30,extraction temperature of 90 ℃,extraction time of 1.5h,cellulose amount of 1% and the maximum yield of crude polysaccharides was 17.62 mg/g.
