Abstract:
The effect of solid to liquid ratio, extraction temperature, extraction time, cellulose amount on the extraction yield of crude polysaccharides from the episperm of peony( Paeonia suffruticosa ‘Feng Dan') was assessed with an orthogonal test to confirm the optimal extractive parameters. The results of single factor test showed that the optimal process conditions with aqueous extraction were as follows: solid to liquid ratio of 1∶20,extraction temperature of 90 ℃,extraction time of 2h,cellulase concentration of 3% respectively. The orthogonal test results showed that the optimal process combination was solid to liquid ratio of 1∶30,extraction temperature of 90 ℃,extraction time of 1.5h,cellulose amount of 1% and the maximum yield of crude polysaccharides was 17.62 mg/g.
