硒对紫花苜蓿叶片光合特性的影响

Effects of Se stress on photosynthetic pigments in the leaves of Medicago sativa L.

  • 摘要: 以紫花苜蓿品种大叶苜蓿为试材,研究硒(Se)不同浓度(0、100、900μmol/L)处理对新疆大叶苜蓿叶片生物量、硒含量和光合色素的影响。结果表明,随着胁迫时间的延长,在第60 d时,硒胁迫组的紫花苜蓿叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素总量、类胡卜素含量、硒积累量和生物量均比对照增加。综合表明,紫花苜蓿叶片具有较强的富Se能力。 

     

    Abstract: Pot experiments was conducted to investigate the biomass,selenium( Se) accumulation and photosynthetic pigments of Medicago sativa L. under selenium stress( 0,100,900 μmol / L). After 60 days of Se exposure,the results was indicated that the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll,carotenoids,selenium accumulation and biomass were gradually increased with the addition of Se in the leaves of Medicago sativa L.,compared to the control.Thus,it was concluded that Medicago sativa L.had high selenium resistance.
