Abstract:
In order to more scientifically evaluate the trace elements quality and classify the jujube from different region of Xinjiang based on the 14 trace elements indicators, the contents of K,Na,Fe,Mg,Zn,Mn,Ca,Cu,Al,As,B,Ba,Cd,and Hg in the jujube were determined according to coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry( ICP- AES),analyzed by correlation analysis and principal component analysis. The contribution rate of the first factor and the second components was 36.077% and 25.487%,suggesting Na,Fe,Mg,Ca,B and Cu,Al,Ba,Cd to be significant indicators in evaluating trace elements in jujube, respectively. Thirty- six pomegranate samples were classified into five groups by principal component analysis, agreeing with real groupings, thus providing an approach for the identification of genetic kinship and geographical distribution to some extent.
