黑木耳多糖生物功能的研究进展

Research progress of Auricularia auricular polysaccharide(AAP)biological functions

  • 摘要: 黑木耳是一种药食同源类食用菌,黑木耳多糖是其含量最高、最主要的功能性成分。黑木耳多糖集多种生物功能于一身,具有广阔的食用和药用开发利用前景。本文系统阐述了不同提取方法制备的黑木耳多糖、分级黑木耳多糖和修饰黑木耳多糖的抗氧化、抗癌(肿瘤)、提高免疫力、降血脂、抗凝血、降血糖和抗病毒等生物功能;并介绍了各种生物功能的相应实验方法及结果。为黑木耳多糖的进一步研究以及应用提供借鉴。 

     

    Abstract: Auricularia auricular is an edible and medicinal fungi. The amount of Auricularia auricular polysaccharide(AAP) is the highest in Auricularia auricular and it also is the most crucial functional components in it. Some significant biological functions of various AAPs and grading AAPs had been expounded systematically,including antioxidation,radioresistance,anticancer effection,immuno-enhancing,blood cholesterin-reducing,anticoagulation, anti-hyperglycemic and antiviral effection, and the corresponding experimental method and result of above biological functions are introduced. This paper will provide reference for further research and application of AAP.
