山药硒多糖对CCl4诱导小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用

Protective effect on liver injury induced by CCl4 in mice of Yam selenium polysaccharide

  • 摘要: 目的:探究山药硒多糖对CCl4导致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:采用CCl4诱导小鼠肝损伤模型,测定山药硒多糖对小鼠血清中ALT、AST、ALP、ALB、γ-GT、TP,组织匀浆中MDA、GSH水平的影响,并结合病理学HE染色,研究其对小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。结果:山药硒多糖高剂量组与模型组相比可显著地降低血清中的ALT、AST、ALB和ALP(p<0.01)以及肝组织中的MDA和GSH(p<0.05)含量,与对照组相比无显著差异,中剂量治疗组血清和肝组织中各种指标与模型组相比有极显著差异(p<0.01),与对照组相比有显著性差异(p<0.05),中、高剂量治疗组均可不同程度地改善CCl4所致的病理组织损伤,且显著优于低剂量组与山药多糖治疗组。结论:山药硒多糖对CCl4所致的小鼠急性肝损伤具有保护作用,且随浓度增高保护作用加强。 

     

    Abstract: Object: To investigate the protective effect on acute liver injury induced by CCl4 in mice of yam selenium polysaccharide.Method: ALT、AST、ALP、γ- GT、ALB、TP levels in serum and GSH、MDA levels in liver tissues were examined.In addition,pathologic changes were examined by HE staining. Results: The ALT,AST,ALP,ALB in serum and MDA,GSH in liver tissue of the high dose group of Yam selenium polysaccharide were lower than the model group and compared with the control group there was no significant difference,and the figure showed that there was significant difference betwen middle dose and modle group,also between middle dose and control group. In the treatment group,middle and high dose could significantly improve the pathological tissue injury ginduced by CCl4,and better than the low dose and the Chinese yam polysaccharide treatment roup.Conclusion:Yam selenium polysaccharide had a protective effect on acute liver injury induced by CCl4 and strengthened with the increase its concentration.
