基于二维码的稻米质量安全追溯系统的设计与实现

Design and actualization of rice quality and safety traceability system based on two- dimension barcode recognition

  • 摘要: 为了快捷高效地对稻米质量安全进行追溯,设计开发了成本低、设备便携性高的基于二维码的稻米质量安全追溯系统。该系统包含基于C/S的产品信息二维码生成子系统和基于Android手机二维码识别子系统,分别用于企业内部的生产、流通跟踪和消费者的追溯查询。运行结果表明,本系统的二维码生成子系统可以将供应链各环节质量安全信息记录在单个二维码中;手机二维码识别子系统可以解读二维码中包含的供应链各环节稻米质量安全信息。本文为稻米质量安全追溯提供了可行的方案,并为其他农产品的质量安全追溯研究提供了参考。 

     

    Abstract: Tracing quality and safety of rice in a fast and efficient way is needed.A rice quality and safety traceability system with low cost and high portability based on two- dimension barcode recognition was developed.The system included two parts: a generating two- dimension code system of the product information based on the composite structure of C / S, and a recognizing two- dimension code system based on Android cell- phones.They were used for companies and consumers tracing production and distribution of rice products.The test results showed that the generating two- dimension barcode system could record safety and quality information of rice supply chain in a two- dimension code. The recognizing two- dimension code system could read the information in the two-dimension code.This research provided a viable scheme for rice quality and safety traceability and a reference for quality and safety traceability of other primary agricultural products.
