茉莉酸类物质诱导果蔬抗性机制研究进展

Research progress in mechanisms of jasmonates-induced resistance in fruits and vegetable

  • 摘要: 茉莉酸(JA)及其衍生物茉莉酸甲酯(Me JA)等统称为茉莉酸类物质,是广泛存在于果蔬组织中的一种生长调节物质和信号分子。在果蔬组织品质改善、色泽形成、成熟衰老调控和抗性形成方面起着非常重要的作用。本文对果蔬组织JA的分布、生物合成、信号途径及内、外源JA盐在果蔬生理生化效应方面作用的研究进展进行了综述。 

     

    Abstract: Jasmonic acid( JA) and its derivative methyl jasmonate collectively called jasmonates( JAs),which widely exist in tissues of fruits and vegetable,are plant growth regulators and signal numerators. They play a very important role in improving the quality of fruits and vegetable,forming the color,controlling ripening and senescence,and forming the resistance. This review was focused on the distribution,biosynthesis,signal pathway of JAs in fruits and vegetable and the research progress in physiological and biochemical effect of inner and exogenous JAs in fruits and vegetable.
