基于主成分分析法的品牌白酒中微量元素的分布特征研究

Study on the distribution of trace elements in liquors with brand based on the principal component analysis

  • 摘要: 采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定了水井坊白酒中微量元素的含量;初步探索了水井坊白酒中微量元素的分布特征;运用主成分分析法对水井坊白酒样品的含量进行降维处理。结果表明,在水井坊白酒中,微量元素的含量呈现Ca>Mg>Na>Al>K>Fe>Mn>Se>Cu>Ni趋势;Ca、Mg的含量远高于其他品牌白酒;Na的含量:1.5305.828mg/L,较为稳定;提取3个主成分累积方差贡献率为87.38%;所有水井坊白酒样品的主成分的综合得分在1.53.5之间,并获得了白酒主成分图。通过主成分分析研究表明微量元素在水井坊白酒中的分布具有显著的特征性。本文的研究方法可为白酒掺伪鉴别研究提供理论依据。 

     

    Abstract: In this work,the content of trace elements in Swellfun liquors were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) and its distribution characteristics in Swellfun liquors were preliminary Studied. At the same time,the principal component analysis(PCA) was carried out on the dropdimensional processing of the content of Swellfun liquor samples. Results demonstrated that the content of trace elements in Swellfun liquors showed Ca >Mg>Na>Al>K>Fe>Mn>Se>Cu>Ni,the content of calcium and magnesium in Swellfun liquors were much higher than that of other brand of liquors,the content of Sodium was1.530 ~5.828mg/L,which was more stable in Swellfun liquors,and the cumulative variance contribution rate of the extracted three principal components was 87.38%. Meanwhile,the Principal component comprehensive scores were between 1.5 and 3.5,and principal components plot of liquor samples was obtained. It implicated the significant distribution characteristic of trace elements in swellfun liquors. The methodology of this paper could provide theoretical basis for the study on the adulteration identification of Swellfun liquors.
