Abstract:
Supercritical CO2 fluid extraction technology was used to extract Chinese eaglewood essential oil. The effects of soak time, extraction pressure, temperature, solvent-material ratio and extraction time on essential oil yield were discussed by single-factor experiments. By response surface analysis, the optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows:soak time 83 h, extraction pressure 28 MPa, temperature 46℃, solvent-material ratio 1∶1.2 and extraction time 2h, under the optimum extraction conditions, the highest yield of Chinese eaglewood essential oil was 1.89%.
