石墨烯在食品分析中应用的研究进展

Research progress in application of graphene in food analysis

  • 摘要: 石墨烯因其独特的物理、化学性质在理论和应用研究上引起广泛关注,在环境分析、食品分析及生物分析等领域具有很好的应用前景。本文综述了石墨烯在食品成分、食品添加剂、食品中重金属、食品中农药和抗生素残留分析中的应用,并展望了石墨烯在食品分析中的发展前景。 

     

    Abstract: Since the discovery of grapheme in 2004, it has attracted great interest and exhibite great prospect in many applications, such as environmental analysis, food analysis and biological analysis, etc. In this paper, a review of the application of grapheme in the analyses of food ingredients, food additives, heavy metals, pesticides and antibiotics was presented. The prospects of graphene in food analysis were also evaluated.
