母乳和婴儿配方奶粉中唾液酸体外模拟消化研究

Research of the vitro digestion of sialic acid in human milk and infant formula milk

  • 摘要: 以母乳为对照,模拟婴儿胃肠消化环境对3组实验室自制不同唾液酸添加量的婴儿配方奶粉进行体外模拟消化研究,测定母乳和婴儿配方奶粉中的唾液酸体外胃消化率、肠消化率和总消化率。研究结果表明:母乳和婴儿配方奶粉中的唾液酸主要在肠内消化;干法生产添加唾液酸的婴儿配方奶粉,当添加量为2.8kg/t时,婴儿配方奶粉中唾液酸的消化率与母乳接近。 

     

    Abstract: The vitro digestion of sialic acid for infant formula milk powders was conducted in a simulating digestion environment of infant, and human milk was used for comparison. The gastric, intestinal and total in vitro digestibilities of sialic acid were measured.The result showed that sialic acid in human milk and infant formula were mainly digested in the intestines; it was also found that when dry production addition amounts was 2.8kg /t, the sialic acid in infant formula were closed to human milk in vitro digestibilities.
