蝉花中脂肪酸成分和含量的分析

Analysis of composition and content of fatty acids in Cordyceps ciecadae Shing

  • 摘要: 蝉花(Cordyceps ciecadae Shing),是一种虫菌相依的组合体,其化学成分复杂多样,具有多种药理功能。为明确其脂肪酸成分,探讨不同提取溶剂对脂肪酸成分和相对含量的影响,分别以正己烷、石油醚、二氯甲烷、氯仿、乙醚、乙酸乙酯、丙酮为提取溶剂,采用超声波提取法对蝉花中的脂肪酸进行提取,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析了各提取物脂肪酸种类和相对含量。结果表明,7种不同溶剂提取液中脂肪酸种类及相对含量不完全相同,其中共有脂肪酸成分为十四烷酸、十五烷酸、十六烷酸、棕榈油酸、十八烷酸、油酸、亚油酸。除共有脂肪酸外,每种溶剂能提取出一些特有的脂肪酸。7种溶剂提取液中不饱和脂肪酸的含量都超过了81.5%。 

     

    Abstract: As a combination of insect and fungus, Cordyceps ciecadae Shing was complicated and which had many pharmacological functions.In order to investigate the effects of different extraction solvents on the relative content and fatty acid composition of Cordyceps ciecadae Shing, samples were extracted by ultrasonic extraction in this study with seven different solvents, such as n-hexane, petroleum ether, dichlorometh- ane, chloroform, ether, ethyl acetate and acetone.The composition and relative content of fatty acids were detected with Capillary Gas Chromatography and Chromatography- Mass Spectrometry ( GC /MS) . Results showed that the composition and content of relative fatty acids from the extractions of seven solvents were not exactly the same. Fourteen acetic acid, fifteen acid, sixteen acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid and linoleic acid were detected to all seven extractions.The content of unsaturated fatty acid in the extractions of seven different solvent accounted for more than 81.5% of total fatty acids.
