牦牛血粉制备氯化血红素工艺优化研究

Optimization of technology for hemin from Bosgruniens blood powder

  • 摘要: 牦牛血粉易于贮藏和运输,是工业化制取氯化血红素的天然优质原料。本文采用单因素实验和正交实验对牦牛血粉制备氯化血红素的工艺参数进行了优化。优化后的工艺参数为:超声处理时间30min,酸性丙酮150mL,抽提时间30min,乙酸钠11mL。在此工艺条件下,氯化血红素的含量可以达到2.30mg/g。 

     

    Abstract: Bosgruniens blood powder, raw material for the industrial production of hemin, is convenient to transport and easy to save compared with the fresh blood.One-factor test and orthogonal test were used to optimize the technology.The results showed that the optimal technology of hemin from Bosgruniens blood powder were as follows: 30min ultrasonication, 150mL acetone acidified with hydrochloric acid, 30min extraction after adding acetone, and 11mL sodium acetate.After optimization, the yield of hemin reached 2.30mg /g.
