Abstract:
Genetic relationship and polymorphism of 6 Grifola frondosa cultivars strains which got from Beijing, Zhejiang and Fujian provinces were analyzed using sequence-related amplified polymorphic (SRAP) method.For SRAP analysis, 132 (87.4%) polymorphic bands were obtained from total of 151 bands in 6 G.frondosa strains using 14 selected primer combinations.The variation range of similarity coefficient in the 6 strains was 0.3019
0.7662.All the 6 tested strains could be divided into three subgroups with the SRAP method.The genetic relationship of the 6 strains revealed by SRAP dendrogram would be of great help for the study of genetic diversity and parental selection in genetic breeding of G.frondosa.
