基于“柠檬市场”理论的我国食品安全监管制度研究

Research of food safety supervision system based on lemon market model

  • 摘要: 造成食品安全问题的主要原因是由于食品生产者和消费者之间的信息不对称,最终导致了食品市场中"柠檬现象"的产生,本文通过用柠檬市场理论分析了我国的食品安全存在信息不对称的的问题,探讨了中国食品安全监管制度未来的发展趋势。 

     

    Abstract: The major reason that has raised the issue of food safety is the emergence of lemon phenomenon in the food market caused by an information asymmetry problem existing between food producers and consumers.By drawing on the theory of lemon market, this paper analyzed the information asymmetry problem having an existence in food market, and explored a growing tendency towards Chinese food safety supervision system.
