Application of Taqman-based Real-time PCR for detection genes of food-borne pathogens

  • 摘要: Taqman荧光探针技术作为定量PCR的代表性方法,综合了PCR技术及荧光标记技术,由引物和探针双重控制靶基因的选择,具有很好的特异性和灵敏度。近年来该技术逐步应用于食品中致病微生物的检测。本文概述了Taqman荧光探针技术的原理、优缺点及其在食源性致病菌检测中的应用与研究进展,并对其应用前景进行了探讨。 

     

    Abstract: As the representation of quantitative PCR method, Taqman-based real-time PCR which is the combination of PCR and fluorescent labeling technology, get good specificity and sensitivity by primers and probe dual control the selection of the target gene.Recently, this technique was introduced and applied in detection food-born pathogen.This paper summarized the principle and advantages and disadvantages of Taqman-based real-time PCR.Furthermore the applications of Taqman-based real-time PCR in in detection food-born pathogen were reviewed.The trends of Taqman-based real-time PCR techniques were also discussed in this paper.
