Research progress in application of Fe3O4 magnetic nanocomposites in food safety detection

  • 摘要: Fe3O4磁性纳米材料是一种特殊的纳米材料,基于其独特的尺寸效应和异常的磁学性质,近年来已被广泛应用到食品安全检测中。文章综述了Fe3O4纳米材料在食品安全检测应用中的最新研究,最后对该领域面临的挑战及研究趋势做出论述。 

     

    Abstract: Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles is a special kind of nano materials, which has been widely used in the field of food safety detection based on its unique size effect and abnormal magnetic properties for the past few years. The new research on application of Fe3O4 nanoparticles in food safety detection was reviewed in this article, finally, some challenges and trends in this filed were also discussed.
