四产地黄精中多糖含量及抗氧化活性比较

  • 摘要: 目的:比较研究安徽九华山、浙江温州、贵州遵义、浙江大盘山四地区所产黄精中多糖含量及体外抗氧化活性。方法:水提法提取,乙醇沉淀得到多糖沉淀,纯化后苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量。通过测定丙二醛反映黄精多糖对羟自由基造成脂质过氧化的影响,通过检测邻苯三酚自氧化速率反映黄精多糖对超氧阴离子的抑制作用。结果:九华山黄精中多糖含量可以达到干重的22%左右,且可显著抑制超氧阴离子、羟自由基的生成,均优于其他三地产黄精。结论:九华山黄精的多糖含量、抗氧化活性优于其他三地产黄精。 

     

    Abstract: Objective:To compare the content of polysaccharide and its anti -oxidation activity in Polygonatum from Jiuhua shan Anhui, Wenzhou Zhejiang, Liupanshui Guizhou, and Dapanshan Zhejiang. Methods:Polygonatum polysaccharide was detected by phenol-sulfuric acid method after water extraction, ethanol precipitation and further purification. Then antioxidant activity of polygonatum polysaccharide was determined in vitro. Its effect on lipid peroxidation caused by hydroxyl radical was evaluated by MDA detection, and its inhibiting effect to superoxide radical was tested by pyrogallol autoxidation rate detection. Results:Our data showed that the percent of polysaccharide content was 22% in Polygonatum from Jiuhuashan. The generation of superoxide radical and hydroxyl radical were inhibited by Polygonatum polysaccharide. These inhibitory effects of polysaccharide from Jiuhuashan were better than those from other regions. Conclusion:The content of polysaccharide and its antioxidation activity in Polygonatum from Jiuhuashan were better than that from other regions.
