Abstract:
The effect of dynamic high-pressure microfluidization treatment on the yield of Radix Tetrastigmae leaves flavonoids were studied in this paper. Based on the experiment of single factor, Box -Behnken and response surface methodology were used to optimize the extraction processing parameters and investigate the effects of the following four factors on extraction rate of flavonoids :dynamic high-pressure microfluidization pretreatment pressure, ethanol concentration, extraction temperature and extraction time. The optimal extraction processing parameters were microfluidization pressure 120MPa, aqueous ethanol concentration 75%, extraction temperature 70℃ and extraction time 1.5h. Under these conditions, the yield of flavonoids was 3.49%.
