动态超高压微射流技术在三叶青叶黄酮的提取中的应用

  • 摘要: 研究动态超高压微射流技术对三叶青叶黄酮得率的影响。以单因素实验为基础,选取乙醇浓度、提取温度、提取时间、动态超高压微射流均质压力为主要因素进行研究,通过Box-Behnken中心组合设计和响应面分析法优化三叶青叶黄酮的提取工艺。经响应曲面优化后三叶青叶黄酮提取的工艺条件为:乙醇浓度75%、提取温度70℃、提取时间1.5h、动态超高压微射流均质压力120MPa。此时,三叶青叶黄酮得率为3.49%。 

     

    Abstract: The effect of dynamic high-pressure microfluidization treatment on the yield of Radix Tetrastigmae leaves flavonoids were studied in this paper. Based on the experiment of single factor, Box -Behnken and response surface methodology were used to optimize the extraction processing parameters and investigate the effects of the following four factors on extraction rate of flavonoids :dynamic high-pressure microfluidization pretreatment pressure, ethanol concentration, extraction temperature and extraction time. The optimal extraction processing parameters were microfluidization pressure 120MPa, aqueous ethanol concentration 75%, extraction temperature 70℃ and extraction time 1.5h. Under these conditions, the yield of flavonoids was 3.49%.
