近红外光谱技术在水产品检测中的应用展望

  • 摘要: 近红外光谱技术作为一种方便、快捷、高效的检测技术,在农作物、果蔬、肉制品及其他方面的检测中有独到的优势和广阔的发展前景。水产品品质直接关系到人们生活质量和健康安全,也影响着整个水产行业的发展,对水产品品质进行快速、方便检测和安全评定有着非常重要的现实意义。本文主要通过近红外光谱技术在肉品检测中的应用,展望了其在水产品新鲜度、蛋白质含量测定、脂肪含量测定等方面的应用,以期近红外光谱技术在水产品检测中,得到更广泛的应用。 

     

    Abstract: As a convenient, fast and high-efficient inspection technology, the Near Infrared Spectroscopy (NIR) has unique features and bright future in the inspection of crops, fruit and vegetables, meat products and other objects. The freshness and edible security of aquatic products are directly linked to pepole’s life and health, and also affected trade of aquatic products. It is very important to assess the freshness and edible security of aquatic products. In this paper, the application prospects of NIR in the inspection of aquatic products such as freshness, protein content, fat content, and so on, were mainly reviewed through the applications of NIR in the inspection of meat products, in hope that the NIR could get more extensive application in aquatic products.
