羊栖菜急性毒性实验及体外抑菌活性的研究

  • 摘要: 目的:初步探究羊栖菜全组分及其水提物的食用安全性及体外抑菌活性。方法:分析羊栖菜全组分及其水提物中多糖、硫酸根、总砷及无机砷的含量,进行小鼠急性毒性实验及体外抑菌实验。结果:羊栖菜全组分组小鼠最大给药量为12g生药量/kg·BW,相当于50kg成人拟定日食用干羊栖菜量的120倍;羊栖菜水提组小鼠最大给药量为120g生药量/kg·BW,相当于50kg成人拟定日食用干羊栖菜量的1200倍。在急毒实验观察期内,各组小鼠均未见任何中毒症状及死亡现象。羊栖菜全组分对金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)125mg/mL,最小杀菌浓度(MBC)250mg/mL;羊栖菜水提物对金黄色葡萄球菌MIC、MBC均为125mg/mL。对大肠杆菌、变异链球菌均无明显抑菌作用。结论:羊栖菜及其水提物毒性较低,且对体外培养的金黄色葡萄球菌有抑制作用。 

     

    Abstract: Objective:To explore the edible safety and in vitro antibacterial activity of Sargassum fusifore and its water extract preliminarily. Methods:Analysis of the content of polysaccharides, sulfuric radical, total arsenic and inorganic arsenic in the whole components and the water extract of the Sargassum fusiforme. Study the acute toxicity of the Sargassum fusiforme samples in mice and antibacterial activity in vitro. Results:In group of the whole components, the maximum dose for mice was 12g raw material/kg·BW and equivalent to 120 times the amount of an adult of 50kg intakes each day. In group of the water extract, the maximum dose for mice was 120g raw material/kg·BW and equivalent to 1200 times the amount of an adult of 50kg intakes each day. During observation period, there were no symptoms of poisoning and death phenomenon. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC ) of the whole components of the Sargassum fusiforme on Staphylococcus aureus was 125mg/mL and the Minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) was 250mg/mL. The MIC and MBC of the water extract of the Sargassum fusiforme on Staphylococcus aureus were both 250mg/mL. The Sargassum fusiforme samples showed no obvious bacteriostatic effect on Escherichia coli and Streptococcus mutans. Conclusion: The Sargassum fusiforme samples have a low toxicity, and can both inhibite the growth of Staphylococcus aureus in vitro.
