一种胶原蛋白寡肽促进皮肤胶原蛋白与透明质酸合成的研究

Study on the effect of collagen oligopeptid on synthesis of hyaluronic acid and collagen

  • 摘要: 研究罗非鱼鱼鳞胶原蛋白寡肽对人皮肤成纤维细胞透明质酸分泌以及对小鼠真皮中胶原蛋白合成的影响。采用WST-8法测定了该胶原蛋白寡肽对人皮肤成纤维细胞增殖的影响,ELISA法检测了胶原蛋白寡肽对人皮肤成纤维细胞透明质酸分泌的影响;以D-半乳糖衰老模型小鼠为实验对象,考察胶原蛋白寡肽对小鼠真皮中胶原蛋白合成的影响。结果表明,胶原蛋白寡肽能促进人皮肤成纤维细胞增殖(p<0.01),能促进人皮肤成纤维细胞透明质酸和小鼠真皮中胶原蛋白的合成(p<0.05)。说明该胶原蛋白寡肽能有效促进透明质酸和胶原蛋白的合成。 

     

    Abstract: To study the effect of collagen oligopeptid on cell proliferation and synthesis of hyaluronic acid in cultured human skin fibroblast cell, and the effect of collagen oligopeptid on type Ⅰ collagen secretion of mouse skin.Proliferation viability was detected by WST-8 assay.ELISA was used to detect the secretion of hyaluronic acid of cultured human skin fibroblast.Collagen oligopeptid were given to mice and D-galactosewere injected into mice for six weeks.Then, determine the type Ⅰ collagen secretion of mouse skin.The results of the experiment showed that the collagen oligopeptidcould stimulate the human skin fibroblast proliferation (p<0.01) , and increase the hyaluronic acid and typeⅠcollagen secretion (p<0.05) .Collagen oligopeptid from tilapia fish scale could stimulate human skin fibroblast proliferation, and meanwhile increase typeⅠ collagen and hyaluronic acid secretion.
