醋纤丝束油剂中的菌群分析及抑菌剂的筛选

Analysis and inhibitor-screening of microorganisms in the dispersant of cellulose tow

  • 摘要: 烟用醋纤丝束纺丝生产过程中要使用醋纤丝束油剂,以利于其生产过程中的润滑、集束和防静电。应用末端限制性片段长度多态性(T-RFLP)技术分析了常用的醋纤丝束油剂ST-90中的菌群,并考察了一系列食品防腐剂对该油剂微生物生长的影响。菌群分析表明,ST-90乳化油剂中的细菌超过170种,主要由Dysgonomonast属和Dehalococcoides属的细菌组成。抑菌实验的结果显示,在固体培养和液体培养条件下,2.5g/L苯甲酸钠和0.05g/L富马酸二甲酯可明显抑制菌体生长。苯甲酸钠与富马酸二甲酯同时添加且其含量分别为1与0.03g/L、1.25与0.025g/L或1.5与0.01g/L,ST-90乳化油剂中微生物在30d内未见明显生长。上述结果表明,采用食品防腐来抑制醋纤丝束油剂中微生物的生长具有一定的应用前景。 

     

    Abstract: In order to facilitate the lubrication and cluster and to eliminate the static electricity, the dispersant of cellulose tow has to be used in the process of cellulose tow.Terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism (T-RFLP) was applied to analyze the microorganisms in the dispersant of cellulose tow (ST-90) , and then the effect of food preservatives on the growth of the microorganisms was investigated.The analysis of microorganisms indicated that there 170 different kinds of bacterium in the polluted ST-90, mainly including the strain from Dysgonomonast and Dehalococcoides.The result from the antibacterial experiment showed that 2.5g/L of sodium benzoate or 0.05g/L of dimethyl fumarate remarkably inhibited the microorganism growth.When sodium benzoate and dimethyl fumarate were added simultaneously (1 and 0.03g/L, 1.25 and 0.025g/L, or 1.5 and 0.01g/L) , microorganism growth in ST-90 was significantly within 30d.These results demonstrated the potential of application of food preservatives in inhibiting microorganism growth in the dispersant of cellulose tow.
