外源Na2SeO3对红阳猕猴桃果实品质、不同组织硒含量及形态的影响

Effect of exogenous sodium selenite on fruit quality, selenium contents and selenium forms in different tissues of 'hongyang' kiwi

  • 摘要: 通过红阳猕猴桃不同果实发育时期喷施不同浓度Na2SeO3溶液,研究了外源硒对其品质、不同组织硒含量及硒形态的影响。结果表明,外源硒对果实单果重、可滴定酸含量没有明显的影响,但显著地提高了果实可溶性固形物含量;同时,外源硒显著地提高了果肉、果皮、种子以及叶片总硒和有机硒含量,且高浓度硒处理效果要好于低浓度硒处理,除果皮外喷施时间以5月30日效果最佳。 

     

    Abstract: Effect of spraying different concentrations of Na2SeO3 solution during the fruit development stages of 'hongyang' kiwi on fruit quality, selenium contents and selenium forms in different tissues were studied.The results showed that single fruit weight and titration acid content in fruits were not obviously affected by selenium, while soluble solids content in fruit was increased significantly.At the same time, both contents of total selenium and organic selenium in pulp, peel, seed and leaf were efficiently increased by the exogenous selenite.Furthermore, the treated effects with higher selenium concentrations were better than those with lower selenium concentrations in the study.Moreover, in addition to peel, the best spaying date was found on May 30th.
