凡纳滨对虾在二氧化碳麻醉无水保活过程中呼吸代谢及免疫的变化

Respiratory metabolism and immune response of CO2-anesthetized white shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei during waterless transportation

  • 摘要: 为了研究凡纳滨对虾在二氧化碳麻醉无水保活过程中呼吸代谢及免疫的变化,本文分析了未处理(对照)、无水保活和复苏3种状态下,凡纳滨对虾葡萄糖(Glu)、乳酸(LD)及鳃中3种糖酵解关键酶、有氧代谢和无氧代谢关键酶、免疫相关酶及血淋巴细胞总数(THC)变化。结果显示:无水保活中对虾Glu浓度低于对照组,LD浓度则显著高于对照组;己糖激酶(HK)、果糖磷酸激酶(PFK)和丙酮酸激酶(PK)这3种糖酵解关键酶活力均高于对照组;反映有氧代谢水平的琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活力低于对照组,反映无氧代谢水平的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)则相反;对虾THC随着保活时间延长显著低于对照组(p<0.05),超氧化歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活力先低于对照组后高于对照组。复苏后,HK、PK、SOD和POD恢复到对照组水平,Glu、LD、PFK、SDH、LDH和THC均与对照有显著差异。无水保活过程中,凡纳滨对虾糖酵解加快以及无氧代谢加强,同时体液免疫功能正常发挥作用,无水保活8 h未造成其代谢及免疫功能紊乱。本研究结果可为对虾类无水保活技术提供理论依据。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the changes of respiratory metabolism and immune response during live waterless transportation of white prawn,Litopenaeus vannamei were anesthetized with CO2.These parameters under three different states(untreated,during waterless transportation and recovery)were assessed:glucose(Glu),Lactic acid(LD),three key glycolytic enzymes in the gill,the key enzymes of aerobic and anaerobic metabolism,some enzymes related to immune response and total haemocyte counts(THC). The results showed that during waterless transportation the concentration of Glu was lower than the control while the concentration of LD was in contrary. The activities of hexokinase(HK),phosphofructokinase(PFK)and pyruvate kinase(PK)were higher than the control. The activities of SDH which reflects the status of aerobic metabolism was weaker than the control while the activity of LDH which reflects the status of anaerobic metabolism was significantly higher than the control during the transportation. The THC was significantly lower than the control,the activities of SOD and POD were lower than the control while with the increasing of time,they higher than the control. After recovery,the activities of HK,PK,SOD and POD recovered to normal level. But the concentration of Glu and LD,the activities of PFK,SDH,LDH and THC were significantly different from the control. The above facts suggest that during the transportation the glycolysis cycle accelerates and the metabolism of shrimps switches from aerobic to anaerobic,humoral immune function still works. 8 h waterless transportation of the white prawn did not cause the metabolic and immunological dysfunction.The results would provide information for studying the application of waterless transportation of live white shrimp
