β-葡寡糖的制备及其结构鉴定和生物活性研究进展

Research Progress on Preparation, Structure Identification and Bioactivity of β-Glucooligosaccharides

  • 摘要: 低聚糖是一种新型功能性糖原,在食品领域应用广泛。β-葡寡糖是一类由2~20个葡萄糖通过β-糖苷键连接而成的低聚糖,主要由葡聚糖经不同方法降解制备得到,因其分子量低、水溶性好、结构独特、吸收效率高等特点,在调节肠道菌群、增强免疫、抗肿瘤等方面表现出较好的生物活性,在食品、保健品和药品等领域具有广阔的应用前景。为促进β-葡寡糖的研究与开发,本文就近年有关β-葡寡糖的降解制备、分离纯化、结构表征方法及其生物活性方面的研究进行系统综述,以期为β-葡寡糖的深度研究与利用提供一定的参考。

     

    Abstract: Oligosaccharide is a new type of functional glycogen and widely used in the food field. β-glucooligosaccharides are kinds of oligosaccharides composed of 2~20 glucoses connected by β-glycosidic bonds, which are mainly prepared by the degradation from β-glucans with different methods. β-glucooligosaccharides possess characteristics of low molecular weight, good water solubility, unique structure and high absorption efficiency, resulting in many biological activities such as regulating intestinal flora, enhancing immunity and anti-tumor, etc. Therefore, they have a broad application prospect in food, health products, medicine and other fields. In order to promote the research and development of β-glucooligosaccharides, this paper reviews the recent studies on the degradation preparation, separation and purification, structural characterization and biological activity of β-glucooligosaccharides, which is expected to provide references for the further research and utilization of β-glucooligosaccharides.
