乳源外泌体的研究进展

Research Progress in Milk-derived Exosomes

  • 摘要: 乳源外泌体是一种新发现的功能囊泡,直径大约在30~200 nm,为具有膜结构的小囊泡,由动物乳腺上皮细胞分泌。乳源外泌体含有许多蛋白质、脂质、核酸等生物活性物质。最近研究发现乳源外泌体具有介导细胞交流、促进细胞增殖、参与免疫反应等生物学功能,可通过离心、化学、免疫亲和等方法从乳中分离,并对其形态、大小、特异性物质进行鉴定。本文综述了乳源外泌体的生物学功能、分离及鉴定方法、蛋白组学、脂质组学、RNA组学研究,期望对乳源外泌体的研究与开发提供科学参考。

     

    Abstract: Milk exosomes are a newly discovered functional vesicles secreted by animal mammary epithelial cells, small vesicles with membrane structure in the diameter of about 30~200 nm, which contain many bioactive substances such as proteins, lipids, and nucleic acids on the surface and inside the membrane. Recent studies have found exosomes with biological functions such as mediating cell communication, promoting cell proliferation, and participating in immune responses. Exosomes can be isolated from the emulsion by centrifugation, chemical, immunoaffinity and identified their morphology, size, specific substances. This article reviews the biological function, three omics studies, separation and identification methods, and aims to provide scientific reference for the research and development of milk source exosomes.
