小檗碱对肠道菌群作用的研究进展

Advances on the Effect of Berberine on Intestinal Flora

  • 摘要: 肠道菌群作为一个微生态系统,其平衡与否与机体的健康状况密切相关。已有研究证实黄连的主要成分小檗碱可以通过调节肠道菌群微生物的结构、种类、丰度及产生活性代谢产物,对肠道微生态失衡所致的肠道感染性疾病等起到预防和治疗的作用。本文对目前研究发现的小檗碱对肠道菌群的作用和作用机制做一综述,为日后小檗碱新型药物作用及膳食补充剂产品的开发提供参考资料。

     

    Abstract: As a micro-ecosystem,the intestinal flora is closely related to the health of the body. Studies have confirmed that berberine,the main component of coptis chinensis,can prevent intestinal infectious diseases caused by intestinal micro-ecological imbalance by regulating the structure,species and abundance of intestinal flora and producing active metabolites,and the role of treatment. This review summarizes the effects and mechanism of berberine on intestinal flora found in the current study,and provides reference materials for the development of new berberine drugs and dietary supplements in the future.
