三种猴头菇口服液对大鼠胃黏膜损伤的保护作用研究

Protective Effects of Three Hericium erinaceus Oral Liquids on Gastric Mucosal Injury in Rats

  • 摘要: 基于大鼠胃黏膜损伤模型比较三种口服液对胃黏膜损伤的保护作用,并对大鼠胃黏膜的急性损伤指标及慢性溃疡指标进行分析。结果显示,三种口服液样品均能发挥保护胃黏膜的作用。在急性损伤模型中,当样品浓度偏低时,三种样品的护胃功效无明显差异;随着样品浓度的升高,样品的护胃功效增强,其中,当给药剂量为10.00 mL/kg时,猴头菇口服液B(多糖含量≥200 mg/100 mL)的功效最好,其损伤抑制率为33.66%。在慢性损伤模型中,当给药剂量为10.00 mL/kg时,猴头菇口服液A(多糖含量≥120 mg/100 mL)能够将大鼠胃黏膜的溃疡面积减少至0.181±0.056 mm2,其功效优于其他两种样品。以上结果表明,猴头菇口服液B(多糖含量≥200 mg/100 mL)及猴头菇口服液A(多糖含量≥120 mg/100 mL)分别对大鼠急性、慢性胃黏膜损伤具有良好的保护作用。

     

    Abstract: The protective effects of three kinds of Hericium erinaceus oral liquids on gastric mucosal injury were compared based on gastric mucosal injury models in rats, and the acute injury indexs and chronic ulcer indexs of gastric mucosa were explained in detail. The results showed that all three oral liquid samples could protect the gastric mucosa. In the acute injury model, when the sample concentration was low, there was no significant difference in the gastroprotective effects of three samples, and the efficacy of samples increased as the concentration increased. Among them, when the dose was 10.00 mL/kg, the efficacy of Hericium erinaceus oral liquids B (itspolysaccharide contents ≥ 200 mg/100 mL) was the best, and its inhibition rate of injury was 33.66%. In the chronic injury model, showed that when the dose was 10.00 mL/kg, the Hericium erinaceus oral liquids A (polysaccharide contents ≥ 120 mg/100 mL) was superior to the other two samples, and it could reduce the ulcer area of gastric mucosa of rats to 0.181±0.056 mm2.The above results showed that Hericium erinaceus oral liquids B (polysaccharide contents ≥ 200 mg/100 mL) and Hericium erinaceus oral liquids A (polysaccharide contents ≥ 120 mg/100 mL) had good gastroprotective effects on acute and chronic gastric mucosal injury in rats, respectively.
