刺梨主要活性成分及药理作用研究进展

Research Progress on Main Active Components and Pharmacological Effects of Rosa roxburghii Tratt

  • 摘要: 刺梨(Rosa roxburghii Tratt)是一种产自于我国西南地区的野生水果,主要含有多糖、黄酮、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、维生素C(VC)及三萜等活性成分,具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗动脉粥样硬化、防治糖尿病、辐射防护与抗凋亡等药理作用。查阅国内外有关刺梨活性成分的文献报道,发现对刺梨果实的研究较多,且果实中含有多种活性成分,而对刺梨根和叶的研究偏少。国内文献主要介绍了刺梨果实活性成分的提取纯化、刺梨保健制品和刺梨汁的药理作用,而国外文献侧重于刺梨果实活性成分的组成、结构和药理作用的研究。本文对刺梨果实中主要活性成分的研究进展进行综述,详细介绍了其活性成分的提取工艺、组成与结构及多种药理作用,为刺梨在功能性食品、膳食补充剂和药物制剂的应用提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Rosa roxburghii Tratt is a kind of wild fruit derived from the southwest of China, which mainly contains polysaccharide, flavonoids, superoxide dismutase (SOD), vitamin C (VC), and has antioxidant, anti-tumor, anti-atherosclerosis, prevention and treatment of diabetes, radiation protection and anti-apoptosis and other pharmacological effects. It was found that there were many studies on the active components of Rosa roxburghii Tratt fruit, and the active components of Rosa roxburghii Tratt were mainly concentrated in the fruit, while the studies on the leaves and roots of Rosa roxburghii Tratt were less. The domestic literature mainly introduces the extraction and purification of the active ingredients of Rosa roxburghii Tratt fruit, the health-care product of Rosa roxburghii Tratt and the pharmacological action of the Rosa roxburghii Tratt juice, and the foreign literature focuses on the research of the components, structure and pharmacological action of the active ingredients of the Rosa roxburghii Tratt fruit. In this paper, the research progress of the main active components in the fruit of Rosa roxburghii Tratt is reviewed, and the extraction technology, composition, structure and various pharmacological effects of the active components are introduced in detail, which provide a reference for the application of Rosa roxburghii Tratt in functional food, dietary supplement and drug preparation.
