灵芝孢子粉生物活性成分及药理作用

Research Progress in Bioactive Ingredients and Pharmacological Functions of Ganoderma lucidum Spores

  • 摘要: 灵芝孢子粉是灵芝子实体在成熟期释放出的卵型生殖细胞,含有多糖、三萜和核苷等多种活性成分,药用价值高于灵芝子实体和菌丝体,具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、免疫调节等药理作用。本文对灵芝孢子粉的结构、功能性成分、药理作用及产品开发现状方面的研究进行了综述,为其进一步开发与利用提供重要的理论参考。

     

    Abstract: Ganoderma lucidum spores are germ cells released by G. lucidum during maturity,containing polysaccharides,triterpenoids,nucleosides and other multiple active ingredients. Its medicinal value is higher than the G. lucidum fruiting body and mycelium,and have many pharmacological effects,such as anti-tumor,antioxidant,immunomodulatory and so on. In this paper,the research on the structure,functional ingredients,pharmacological effects and product development status of G. lucidum spores is reviewed,in order to provide important theoretical reference for the further development and utilization of G. lucidum spore powder.
