高压脉冲电场辅助水酶法提取杜仲叶中不可萃取多酚

High-pressure Pulsed Electric Field Assisted Aqueous Enzymatic Extraction of Non-extractable Polyphenols from Eucommia ulmoides Leaves

  • 摘要: 为优化杜仲叶中不可萃取多酚(Non-extractable polyphenols,NEPP)提取工艺,选取酶用量、场强和脉冲数三个因素,在单因素的基础上,通过三因素三水平的响应面法对提取工艺进行优化,得出的最佳提取工艺为:酶用量18 mg,场强2.81 kV/cm,脉冲数100次,预测值为34.969 mg/g。在此条件下进行试验验证,不可萃取多酚的含量为(34.961±0.052)mg/g。

     

    Abstract: In order to optimize the non-extractable polyphenols(NEPP)extraction process in Eucommia ulmoides leaves,three factors including enzyme dosage,field strength and pulse number were selected. On the basis of single factor experiments,the extraction process was optimized by three-factor and three-level response surface method,and the best extraction was obtained. The process was as follows:Enzyme dosage 18 mg,field strength 2.81 kV/cm,pulse number 100 times,predicted value 34.969 mg/g. The test was carried out under these conditions,and the contents of non-extractable polyphenol was(34.961±0.952) mg/g.
