Active Factors and Its Food Status Against Sarcopenia

  • 摘要: 日益普遍的骨骼肌衰减现象对人们的正常生活造成了种种不便,人们对机体的健康和年轻态的追求也越来越强烈,在各种干预治疗作用的同时,食品在抵抗肌肉衰减方面也具有重要作用。本文概述肌肉衰减产生的机制,以及国内外已知具有对抗肌肉衰老作用的活性因子,分析了市场上已有的具有抗肌肉衰减功能的食品现状,并对抗肌肉衰减功能性食品的发展进行了展望,为抗肌肉衰减功能性食品的开发奠定了理论基础。

     

    Abstract: The increasingly common phenomenon of skeletal muscle attenuation has caused inconvenience to people's normal life. People's pursuit of the health and youthfulness of the body is also growing stronger. At the same time as various interventions,foods also play an important role in resisting muscle attenuation. This article outlines the mechanisms by which muscle attenuation occurs,as well as active factors known to have anti-muscle aging effects at home and abroad. It analyzes the status quo of foods with anti-muscle attenuation function on the market,lays the theoretical foundation for the development of anti-muscle-attenuating functional foods,and looks into the future of the development of anti-muscle-attenuating functional foods.
