茶黄素、茶褐素对新慢性高尿酸血症模型小鼠尿酸含量的影响

Effect of Theaflavins and Theabrownines on the Uric Acid Contents in a New Mice Model of Chronic Hyperuricemia

  • 摘要: 为研究茶黄素、茶褐素的降尿酸作用。以喂食特制饲料建立新慢性高尿酸血症小鼠模型,连续给小鼠灌胃21 d不同浓度的茶黄素和茶褐素,实验结束断尾取血检测尿酸含量及总胆固醇(TCHO)、葡萄糖(GLU)、甘油三酯(TG)、腺苷酸脱氢酶(ADA)、肌酐(CRE)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)指标。结果表明,模型组比正常组的血清尿酸含量极显著增高45%(P<0.01),成功建立模型。与模型组相比,灌胃800 mg/kg茶黄素能极显著降低小鼠血清尿酸、AST含量(P<0.01),同时也显著降低了小鼠血清ADA、CRE、ALT的含量(P<0.05);灌胃200 mg/kg茶黄素显著降低了血清ADA、ALT的含量(P<0.05);极显著降低了血清AST含量(P<0.01);灌胃不同浓度的茶褐素对小鼠尿酸含量反而有升高作用,但对小鼠的心脏和肾脏有保护作用。因此,茶黄素对新慢性高尿酸血症小鼠的尿酸含量有明显降低作用,茶褐素对新慢性高尿酸血症小鼠的尿酸含量没有降低效果。

     

    Abstract: To investigate the reducing effects of theaflavins and theabrownine on the uric acid level,the chronic hyperuricemia model was established by feeding special diet to the mice. Then the mice in treatment groups were intragastrically administered with different concentrations of theaflavins and theabrownine for 21 days. At the end of treatment,blood was taken to detect uric acid content and total cholesterol(TCHO),glucose(GLU),triglyceride(TG),adenylate dehydrogenase(ADA),creatinine(CRE),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)andaspartate aminotransferase(AST)index. The results showed that,compared with the normal group,the serum uric acid contents of the model group significantly increased by 45%(P<0.01),which suggested the model was successfully established. Compared with the model group,the serum uric acid,AST content extremly signifieant reduced(P<0.01),while ADA,CRE,ALT contents in the mice of theaflavin treated group(800 mg/kg)were significantly reduced(P<0.05). The serum ADA and ALT contents in the mouse of theaflavin treated group(200 mg/kg)were significantly lower than those of the model group(P<0.05),extremly significant reduced serum AST content(P<0.01). The theabrownine treatment had negligible increasing effect on the uric acid contents,while a protective effects on the heart and kidney of the mice were observed. Thus,theaflavins have a significant effect on decreasing the contents of uric acid in chronic hyperuricemia mice,and theabrownine have no effect on decreasing the contents of uric acid in chronic hyperuricemia mice.
