Abstract:
Objective:To optimize the extraction process of total isoflavones from pink
pueraria in Qinba Mountain Area. Methods:Total isoflavones were extracted by ultrasonic assisted ethanol extraction. The content was determined by UV spectrophotometer. Based on the single factor experiment,the Box-Behnken response surface method was used to optimize the process. Results:The optimal conditions for the total isoflavones in the ultrasonic-assisted ethanol extraction powder were as follows:Ethanol concentration 41%,ratio of material to liquid 1:47,and ultrasonic temperature 45℃. Under this condition,the extraction yield of total isoflavones was 0.68%. Conclusion:The response surface method is optimized for the extraction process of total isoflavones from pink
pueraria in Qinba Mountain Area. It provides a technical reference for the comprehensive utilization and product development of pink
pueraria.
