改性磁性壳聚糖对胭脂红的吸附性能评价

Evaluation of Adsorption Property of Modified Magnetic Chitosan to Carmine

  • 摘要: 以纳米Fe3O4、壳聚糖为材料,采用反相悬浮交联法,用三乙胺做改性剂制备改性磁性壳聚糖,研究其对胭脂红色素的吸附性能影响,考察时间、pH、温度及胭脂红的初始浓度等四个因素对改性磁性壳聚糖吸附胭脂红溶液吸附效果的影响,并对吸附动力学模型、吸附等温模型、吸附热力学和吸附再生性能进行初步探讨。结果表明,当pH=3,吸附时间为270 min,温度为50℃,初始浓度为100 mg/L时,改性磁性壳聚糖对胭脂红溶液的吸附率达到最高,为96.72%。改性磁性壳聚糖对胭脂红溶液的吸附动力学数据符合准二级动力学模型,吸附等温线数据符合Langmuir模型,热力学数据拟合得出ΔH>0,ΔS>0,ΔG<0,得出此反应是吸热反应。经过三次吸附-解析实验,吸附率和解析率仍在40%以上。

     

    Abstract: Using nano-Fe3O4,chitosan as material,modified magnetic chitosan was prepared by inverse suspension cross-linking method and triethylamine as modifier. The adsorption performance of modified magnetic chitosan to carmine pigment was evaluated. The effects of time,pH value,temperature and initial concentration of carmine on the adsorption efficiency of modified magnetic Chitosan on carmine solution were investigated. The adsorption kinetics model,adsorption isotherm model,adsorption thermodynamics and adsorption regeneration performance were preliminarily discussed. The results showed that when pH=3,adsorption time was 270 min,temperature was 50℃,initial concentration was 100 mg/L,the adsorption rate of modified magnetic chitosan to carmine red solution could reach 96.72%. The adsorption kinetics data of the adsorbed carmine solution accorded with the pseudo-second order kinetic model,and the adsorption isotherm data conformed to the Langmuir model. The thermodynamic data were fitted to obtain ΔH>0,ΔS>0,and ΔG<0,and it was found that the reaction was an endothermic reaction. After three adsorption-analysis experiments,the adsorption rate and resolution were still above 40%.
