DHA及其衍生物对肠道炎症作用的研究进展

Research Progress of DHA and Its Derivatives on Intestinal Inflammation

  • 摘要: 炎症性肠病(Inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)的发病率逐年升高,且近年的研究发现以DHA为代表的n-3多不饱和脂肪酸及其衍生物对于炎症性肠病具有良好的缓解作用。本文总结了DHA 及其衍生物在肠道炎症研究和治疗中的应用和机制,并提出了一种新型DHA苄胺化衍生物在肠道炎症领域的潜在研究和应用价值,以期为DHA类化合物的更深入研究和应用提供一些理论参考和借鉴。

     

    Abstract: The incidence of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is increasing year by year,and recent studies have found that n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid represented by DHA and its derivatives have a good mitigating effect on inflammatory bowel disease. This article summarizes the application and mechanism of DHA and its derivatives in the research and treatment of intestinal inflammation,and puts forward the potential research and application value of a new type of DHA benzylamine derivative in the field of intestinal inflammation,with a view to providing some theoretical basis and references for further study and application of correlated compounds.
