牛磺酸提取及检测方法的研究进展

Research Progress on Extraction and Detection Methods of Taurine

  • 摘要: 牛磺酸是人体所需的重要氨基酸之一,广泛存在于海洋生物中。随着天然牛磺酸研究逐步深入,其应用更加广泛,需求量也日益增大。提取技术的改进与开发是提高天然牛磺酸提取率的关键,方便、有效、精确的牛磺酸检测方法也逐渐建立完善。本文简要介绍了牛磺酸的生物活性功能及其在海洋生物中的分布情况,重点分析天然牛磺酸的提取和检测方法,预测天然牛磺酸的研究方向,对天然牛磺酸的提取检测新技术的开发、联用进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: Taurine is one of the important amino acids needed by human body and widespread presence in marine organisms. With the gradual deepening of natural taurine research,its application is more extensive,and the demand is increasing. Improvement and development of extraction technologies are the key to improve the extraction rate of natural taurine. And effective and accurate detection methods for taurine are gradually established and improved. This paper introduces the biological activity of taurine and its distribution in marine organisms,analyzes the extraction and detection methods of natural taurine emphatically,and predicts the research direction of natural taurine,and prospectes the development and combination of new extraction and detection technologies of natural taurine.
