5种益生元润肠通便功能的比较研究

Comparative Study of Five Prebiotics on the Laxative Function

  • 摘要: 为了比较不同益生元润肠通便的功能差异,将168只昆明雄性小鼠,随机分为两组,一组进行小肠运动实验,一组进行排便实验,两个实验分别设有空白对照组、模型对照组、水苏糖组、低聚果糖组、低聚半乳糖组、聚葡萄糖组、菊粉组,5种益生元的干预剂量均为1.0 g/kg,干预14 d后,利用盐酸洛哌丁胺建立小鼠便秘模型,测定小肠墨汁推进率、首例排黑便时间、6 h内排黑便例数和粪便重量。小肠运动实验结果表明,与模型对照组相比,水苏糖、低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖、菊粉组的小肠墨汁推进率均明显增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);聚葡萄糖组小肠推进率有增加趋势,但差异不显著。排便实验结果表明,5种益生元的首例排黑便时间、6 h内排黑便粒数和粪便重量均无明显差异(P>0.05)。综上,在干预剂量为1.0 g/kg时,水苏糖、低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖、菊粉均对小肠运动具有促进作用,但对排便无影响;不同益生元对小肠运动的影响无显著差异。

     

    Abstract: In order to compare the differences between prebiotics and the laxative function,168 male Kunming mice were randomly divided into two laboratory groups,one for small intestine movement experiment and the other for defecation experiment. Each trail group was divided into blank control group,model control group,stachyose group,fructooligosaccharides group,galactooligosaccharide group,polydextrose group,inulin group. The interventiondose of five prebiotics was 1.0 g/kg. After 14 days of intervention,loperamide was used to establish the constipation model of mice,then the intestinal ink propulsion rate,first black stool time,fecal number and fecal weight within 6 h were measured.The results of small intestine movement experiment showed that,compared with the model control group,the intestinal ink propulsion rate was significantly increased in the groups of stachyose,fructooligosaccharides,galactooligosaccharide and inulin(P<0.05). The intestinal ink propulsion rate of polydextrose increased,but the differences had not significant. The result of defecation experiment showed that no significant differences in the first defecation time,the fecal number and fecal weight within 6 h of the five prebiotics(P>0.05). When the intervention dose was 1.0 g/kg,all the tachyose,fructooligosaccharides,galactose oligogalactose and inulin had a promoting effects on intestinal movement,but had no effect on defecation.There was no significant difference in the effect of different prebiotics on intestinal motility.
