响应面法优化微波辅助提取女贞子中熊果酸工艺

Optimization of Microwave-assisted Extraction of Ursolic Acid from Ligustrum lucidum Ait Using Response Surface Methodology

  • 摘要: 为优化微波辅助提取女贞子中熊果酸的最佳工艺。在单因素实验基础上,选择乙醇浓度(V/V)、微波功率、料液比及浸提时间为影响因素,以女贞子中熊果酸提取量为响应值进行响应面分析。结果表明,女贞子中熊果酸的微波辅助提取最佳工艺为:乙醇浓度88%、微波功率480 W、料液比1:23 g/mL、微波浸提时间166 s。在此提取条件下,熊果酸提取量为(4.653±0.087) mg/g,是模型预测值的99.53%。

     

    Abstract: The processing for microwave-assisted extraction of ursolic acid(UA)from Ligustrum lucidum Ait were optimized. Based on the results of single-factor tests,four factors including ethanol concentration(V/V),microwave power,solid-to-liquid ratio and extraction time were identified as main variables that affected extraction efficiency. The extraction efficiency of ursolic acid as the response was analyzed by response surface methodology. The results showed that optimum extraction conditions were as follows:Ethanol concentration of 88%,microwave power of 480 W,solid-to-liquid ratio of 1:23 g/mL,and extraction time of 166 s. Under these conditions,the yield of ursolic acid was(4.653±0.087) mg/g,which was 99.53% of the predicted value.
