原人参三醇组皂苷酶解产物对高脂模型小鼠的降血脂作用

Effect of Protopanaxatriol Group Saponin Hydrolysate on Hyperlipemia of Mice Induced by High Fat Diet

  • 摘要: 通过建立高血脂症小鼠模型来研究原人参三醇组皂苷酶解产物对小鼠降血脂的作用。将雄性小鼠随机分为空白对照组、高脂模型组、阳性对照组、原人参三醇组皂苷组与原人参三醇组皂苷酶解产物低剂量10 mg/(kg BW·d)、中剂量20 mg/(kg BW·d)、高剂量30 mg/(kg BW·d)组,喂养30 d后测定小鼠血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的含量,以及血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性。结果表明,原人参三醇组皂苷酶解产物中剂量组可使高脂血症小鼠血清中TC含量、LDL-C含量显著降低(P<0.05),TG含量极显著降低(P<0.01),HDL-C含量极显著升高(P<0.01)。与原人参三醇组皂苷相比,原人参三醇组皂苷酶解产物,具有明显的降血脂作用。这也为其在降脂医药保健食品上的应用打下坚实的理论基础。

     

    Abstract: The effect of protopanaxatriol group saponin hydrolysate on hypolipidemic mice were investigated by establishing a mouse model of hyperlipidemia. The male mice were divided into blank control group,high-fat model group,positive control group,protopanaxatriol group and protopanaxatriol group saponin hydrolysate low dose 10 mg/(kg BW·d),medium dose 20 mg/(kg BW·d),high dose 30 mg/(kg BW·d)group. Serum concentrations of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),the malondialdehyde(MDA)content and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity serum,were measured after 30 d of feeding. The results showed that the medium dose of protopanaxatriol group saponin hydrolysate could significantly reduce the serum TC content,LDL-C content in hyperlipidemia mice(P<0.05),extremely significantly reduce the TG content(P<0.01),and extremely significantly increase the HDL-C content(P<0.01). When compared with the protopanaxatriol group,the protopanaxatriol group saponin hydrolysate had a significant hypolipidemic effect. This also lays a solid theoretical foundation for its application in lipid-lowering medicine and health food.
