猴头菇醇提物乙酸乙酯萃取相组分的分离与鉴定

Isolation and Identification of the Components of the Fractions in Ethyl Acetate Phase from Ethanol Extract of Hericium erinaceus

  • 摘要: 研究了猴头菇中具有较好抗氧化特性的醇提物乙酸乙酯萃取相的化学成分。采用硅胶柱层析以及半制备HPLC法对猴头菇醇提物的乙酸乙酯萃取相进行分离纯化,将纯化得到的单体化合物进行结构表征和鉴定。结果表明,分离鉴定得到5个明确的化合物,分别为油酸(Oleic acid,化合物H1)、正二十九烷(n-Nonacosane,化合物H3)、尿苷(Uridine,化合物H4)、以及属于异苯并呋喃酮衍生物的猴头菇子实体次生代谢产物Hericenone I(化合物H2)和Hericenone J(化合物H5)。

     

    Abstract: The chemical constituents of the fractions in ethyl acetate phase from ethanol extract of Hericium erinaceus were studied. The separation and purification of the fractions in ethyl acetate phase were conducted by the method of silica gel column chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC. The results indicated that five compounds were isolated and identified from ethyl acetate phase. Their chemical structures were identified as:Oleic acid(compound H1),hericenone I(compound H2),n-nonacosane(compound H3),uridine(compound H4)and hericenone J(compound H5). Among the five fractions,hericenone I and hericenone J were initially found and identified as the secondary metabolites of Hericium erinaceus fruiting body,which were classed as the isobenzofuranone derivatives.
