大孔树脂纯化龙眼核多酚及其组分分析

Purification of Longan Seeds Polyphenols by Macroporous Resin and Its Component Analysis

  • 摘要: 对龙眼核多酚进行分离纯化,探究4种大孔树脂、解吸液乙醇的浓度和pH对龙眼核多酚的静态吸附和解吸效果的影响,采用高效液相色谱-四级杆-飞行时间串联质谱对大孔树脂纯化后的物质进行结构鉴定。结果表明AB-8是纯化龙眼核多酚的理想树脂,其静态吸附率和解吸率分别为51.36%和96.40%。当解吸液为70%乙醇、pH为4时,其静态解吸效果最好。在70%乙醇洗脱液中鉴定出13种主要化学成分,其中8种化学成分在龙眼核多酚中未见报道。

     

    Abstract: In order to isolate and purify polyphenols of longan seeds,effects of four macroporous resins,the concentration and pH of ethanol on the static adsorption and desorption of longan seeds polyphenols were investigated. Main components in the extracted and purified material were identified by HPLC-Q-TOP-MS/MS. The results showed that AB-8 was the ideal resin for the purification of longan seeds polyphenols. Its static adsorption and desorption rates were 51.36% and 96.40%. The ethanol concentration and pH value with the best static desorption effect were 70% and 4,respectively. 13 major chemical constituents were identified by HPLC-Q-TOP-MS/MS in the extraction,among which 8 components were identified in longan seeds for the first time.
