丁酸的生产方法及在肠道中的生理功能研究进展

Research Progress on Production Methods of Butyric Acid and Its Physiological Functions in Intestine Tract

  • 摘要: 丁酸是人类结肠盲肠上皮细胞重要的能量来源,在维持肠道内环境稳定和预防结直肠癌发生等方面发挥重要的作用。丁酸还有抑制肿瘤细胞增殖分化、增强机体免疫性能及预防结肠炎的功能。丁酸不仅是一种重要的合成香料以及其他精细化工产品的原料,而且广泛应用于食品、制药中。除化学方法生产丁酸外,利用微生物发酵生产丁酸这种环保的生物生产方法也受到了广泛的关注。本文主要综述了丁酸的化学和生物合成方法,以及丁酸在肠道微生态及肠黏膜、肠炎、肠癌、肠道免疫方面的生理功能,为进一步研究丁酸发挥生理功能的机制及其在食品、药品中的应用提供理论参考。

     

    Abstract: Butyric acid is an important source of energy for human colonic cecum epithelial cells and plays an important role in maintaining intestinal stability and preventing colorectal cancer. Butyric acid also has the function of inhibiting the proliferation and differentiation of tumor cells,enhancing the immune function of the body,and preventing colitis. Butyric acid is not only an important raw material for synthetic fragrances and other fine chemical products,but also widely used in food and pharmaceuticals. In addition to the chemical production of butyric acid,the use of microbial fermentation to produce butyric acid,an environmentally friendly biological production method,has also received widespread attention. This paper mainly reviews the chemical and biosynthesis methods of butyric acid,as well as the physiological functions of butyric acid in intestinal micro-ecology and intestinal mucosa,enteritis,intestinal cancer and intestinal immunity,in order to further study the mechanism of butyric acid's physiological function and provide a theoretical reference for the application in food and medicine.
