油茶籽油脂肪酸含量、分析检测方法及其分子生物学研究进展

Research Progress on Fatty Acid Contents,Analytical Methods and Molecular Biology of Camellia oleifera Seed Oil

  • 摘要: 本文对油茶籽油中脂肪酸的种类进行了归纳汇总,对影响脂肪酸含量的品种(品系)、产地与气候、采摘时间与方式和工业制油工艺进行了分析,综述了油茶籽油中脂肪酸的分析检测方法,总结了利用脂肪酸对油茶籽油进行掺伪鉴别检测的方法,概况了脂肪酸分子生物学研究进展。分析结果认为可实现手持式、可商业化的快速检测工具与方法是油茶籽油脂肪酸检测分析的热门研究方向,不饱和脂肪酸分子生物学研究将是油茶籽油脂肪酸研究的难点与重点。此可为油茶籽油脂肪酸进一步研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The types of fatty acids in Camellia oleifera seed oil are summarized in this paper. The varieties(strains),origin and climate,picking time and method and industrial oil making technology are analysed which affect fatty acid contents. The analysis and detection of fatty acids in Camellia oleifera seed oil are reviewed. The methods for the identification of Camellia oleifera seed oil by fatty acid are summarized,and the advances in the study of fatty acid molecular biology are summarized. The analyzed results showes that the rapid detection tool and method of hand-held and commercialized are the hot research direction for the detection and analysis of fatty acids in Camellia oleifera seed oil. And molecular biology of unsaturated fatty acids are the difficult and important point in the study of fatty acids in Camellia oleifera seed oil.This would provide reference for further study of fatty acids in Camellia oleifera seed oil.
