香樟化学成分及药理作用研究进展

Research Progress of Chemical Components and Pharmacological Activities of Cinnamomum camphora L.Presl

  • 摘要: 香樟(Cinnamomum camphora L. Presl)为我国传统中药材,主要化学成分包括挥发油、黄酮类、木脂素类、糖苷类等。研究发现香樟具有抑菌、抗氧化、抗炎、杀虫、止痛、抗癌等多种药理活性,在食品、化工、医药及香料领域具有重要的开发和利用价值。本文针对香樟分析鉴定出的主要化学成分、主要成分的药理作用机制及成分与结构之间的构效关系研究得不够系统的现状,对国内外2006~2018年有关香樟化学成分和药理作用两方面的研究进行归纳总结,并对香樟的临床应用及产品开发进行了展望,以期为进一步开发和利用香樟资源提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Cinnamomum camphora L. Presl is a traditional Chinese medicine. Its chemical composition includes volatile oil,flavonoids,lignans,polysaccharides and so on. Cinnamomum camphora L. Presl has high development value in food,chemical,pharmaceutical and perfume fields,because it has a variety of pharmacological activities such as bacteriostatic,anti-oxidant,anti-inflammatory,insecticidal,analgesic,anti-cancer. Aiming at the current situations that the main identified chemical constituents,their relevant pharmacological mechanism and the structure-activity relationship are not systematically studied. The researches from 2006 to 2018 on chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Cinnamomum camphora L. Presl are reviewed and the clinical application and product development are prospected in order to provide reference for further development and utilization of the C. camphora resources.
