Research Progress on the Effect of Fucoidin Structure on Its Function

  • 摘要: 岩藻多糖是一种富含硫酸基的多聚糖,广泛存在于褐色海藻中。由于其广泛的生物活性功能,如抗氧化、提升免疫力以及抑制肿瘤等,从而逐渐成为目前研究的热点。天然来源的岩藻多糖由于分子聚合度较高,从而限制了其在相关领域的应用。随着研究的深入,岩藻多糖的结构以及不同来源的岩藻多糖对其生物活性的影响成为新的研究方向。本文重点介绍了岩藻多糖结构对其抗氧化活性、抑菌性、提高免疫力以及抗肿瘤活性的影响,并分析了目前岩藻多糖研究存在的挑战,为后续岩藻多糖潜在的商业化应用和科学研究提供思路。

     

    Abstract: Fucoidin is a kind of polysaccharide rich in sulfuric,which widely found in brown algae. Due to its extensive biological activities,such as anti-oxidation,immunity enhancement and anticancer,it has gradually become the focus of current research. The molecular polymerization of natural fucoidan was in high degree,which limits its application in related fields. With the deepening of research,the effect of structure and the different sources of fucoidin on their bioactivity have become a new research direction. In our study,the effect of the structure of fucoidan on its biological activity,which is anti-oxidation,anti-bacteria,immunity enhancement and tumor suppression were highlighted. In addition,the challenges of fucoidan research were also analyzed,which provides idears for the fucoidan application and science research.
