非洲猪瘟及其防控措施

African Swine Fever and Its Prevention and Control Measures

  • 摘要: 近年来,在全世界范围内由非洲猪瘟病毒引发的猪瘟疫情屡见报道,并呈现频率高、影响范围广和持续时间长的特征。猪肉及其制品是我国居民消费量最大的动物蛋白质,非洲猪瘟疫情的持续爆发严重打击了消费者的消费耐心,极大阻碍了生猪养殖和猪肉制品加工产业的发展,带来了严重负面影响。该文通过对非洲猪瘟病毒、传播途径、鉴定方法和疫苗研究等方面的分析,结合我国生猪养殖产业和畜产品消费的现状等因素,提出了可行的控制措施。针对非洲猪瘟病毒及其疫情的控制,该文认为通过控制传染源、切断传播途径和采取适当措施保护生物群体,并建立长效运行机制,实现对实施过程的监督和管理。通过多维度、多层次控制措施的实施能够抑制疫情的大面积爆发,将有力保护猪肉制品生产安全,但是彻底消灭非洲猪瘟病毒需要所有国家的有效合作,将是一个十分漫长艰辛的过程。

     

    Abstract: In recent years,the epidemic situation of swine fever caused by African swine fever virus has been repeatedly reported all over the world,and it is characterized by high frequency,wide impact range and long duration. Pork and its products are the animal protein with the largest consumption of residents in China. The continuous outbreak of African swine fever has severely hit the consumer patience,greatly hindered the development of pig breeding and pork products processing industry,and brought serious negative effects. Based on the analysis of African swine fever virus,transmission way,identification method and vaccine research,this paper puts forward feasible control measures in combination with the current situation of pig breeding industry and livestock product consumption in China. In view of the control of African swine fever virus and its epidemic situation,this paper believes that the monitoring and management of the implementation process can be realized by controlling the source of infection,cutting off the transmission channels and taking appropriate measures to protect the biological population,and establishing a long-term operational mechanism. The implementation of multi-dimensional and multi-level control measures can curb the large-scale outbreak of the epidemic and effectively protect the production safety of pork products. However,the complete eradication of the African swine fever virus requires the effective cooperation of all countries,which will be a very long and arduous process.
