软枣猕猴桃主要活性成分及药理活性研究进展

Research Progress on Main Active Constituents and Pharmacological Activities of Actinidia arguta

  • 摘要: 软枣猕猴桃(Actinidia arguta(Sieb. et Zucc)Planch. ex Miq.)是一种药食同源的植物,具有滋补强身、清热利水、生津润燥的作用。软枣猕猴桃主要含有多糖、多酚、蒽醌、三萜及生物碱等活性成分,具有镇痛、抗菌、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、降血糖及抑制肥胖等药理作用。查阅国内外软枣猕猴桃活性成分的相关文献,对于软枣猕猴桃的根、茎和果实研究较多,叶子研究较少。国内文献介绍了软枣猕猴桃中活性成分的提取纯化研究以及相应的药理作用,国外文献记载了软枣猕猴桃中活性成分粗提物的多种药理作用。本文对软枣猕猴桃根、茎、叶、果实中主要活性成分的研究进展进行综述,详细的介绍了其活性成分的提取工艺和多种药理活性,可为其进一步的综合开发利用提供理论基础。

     

    Abstract: Actinidia arguta (Actinidia arguta (Sieb. et Zucc) Planch. ex Miq.) is used both as fruit and medicine. It has positive impact on strengthening body, purging pathogenic fire, moistening dryness, and producing saliva. The main active constituents of Actinidia arguta can be concluded as the polysaccharide, the polyphenol, the triterpene, and the alkaloid. The pharmacological effects of Actinidia arguta is mainly reflected in abirritation, antibacterial action, anti-oxygenation, anti-tumor effect, hypoglycemic activity, and anti-obesity. According to previous articles, it can be found that most articles focus on investigating the root, stem, and fruit aspect of Actinidia arguta. Only several articles focus on researching leaf aspect of Actinidia arguta. The domestic literature concentrates on investigating the purification of active constituents and the pharmacologic action of Actinidia arguta. The foreign literature pays attention to research the crude extract of active constituents and the pharmacologic action of Actinidia arguta. In summary, this article aims to research the active constituents and the pharmacologic action of Actinidia arguta from root, stem, leaf, and fruit aspect. The extraction technology and various pharmacological activities of its active constituents were introduced in detail. The results of this article can provide the basic theoretical foundation for future comprehensive development and utilization.
