羊肚菌多糖类物质的研究进展

Review on Morchella esculenta Polysaccharides

  • 摘要: 羊肚菌是珍稀的药食两用真菌,有极高的营养价值和药用价值。多糖是羊肚菌主要的大分子活性物质,有免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗氧化和抗衰老等生物活性。本文主要从羊肚菌多糖提取纯化、多糖组成分析、生物活性和构效关系等方面论述羊肚菌多糖。为羊肚菌多糖进一步研究与开发提供理论依据。

     

    Abstract: Morchella esculenta L. is a rare medicinal and edible fungus with high nutritional value and medicinal value. Polysaccharides are the main macromolecular substance with a wide range of physiological activities. Polysaccharides are the major active substances of most edible fungi which have biological activities such as immune regulation, anti-tumor, antioxidant and anti-aging and so on. This article mainly observed the current researches on Morchella's polysaccharides from respects of compositional analysis of polysaccharides, the extraction and purification of polysaccharides, the biological activities and the structure-activity relationship. This paper mainly provided a theoretical basis for further research and development of the polysaccharides from Morchella esculenta L.
